My Favorite Kitchen Gadgets | Instant Pot

I was hesitant to jump on the Instant Pot train. It took me more than a year of seeing other people using it to finally cave and buy one. If you have one, you know why it's amazing. If you don't already have an Instant Pot, let me explain to you why you need one. It will replace your slow cooker but it also a pressure cooker and you can saute in it. Paris makes soup in it. I put frozen chicken in it and have tacos ready in 30 minutes. It cooks rice. It is by far the best item I have EVER purchased for our kitchen. I originally bought the 8 quart Instant Pot, thinking that would be the perfect size for our family of 3. It was HUGE. So I had Paris buy the 6 quart Instant Pot and we traded. The 8 qt is great if you are cooking lots of food at once (meal prepping) or have a large family you are feeding. The 6 qt is better for a smaller family.

My Favorite Kitchen Gadgets | XOX Food Chopper

This tool is perfect for finely chopping onions or mincing garlic. I use this all of the time, especially when I am doing a Hello Fresh meal. One of my favorite things about it is that it comes apart so you won't end up with food caught it a crevice and molding. The bottom comes off and has a top that will seal on it which allows you to store any left overs in your fridge.

My Favorite Kitchen Gadgets | Vidalia Chop Wizard Pro

I would like to thank Tara Thueson for this recommendation. I watched her Instagram stories last year and she talked about how amazing this thing was all of the time. It took me a few weeks but I finally caved and bought it. I have linked a view different versions of it below but I love this one because it comes with three different slicers and a storage case.

I used to only use this when I made guacamole but I have recently started using it any time I need to chop veggies. It is perfect for chopping up veggies for any recipe or to freeze for later. It is incredibly easy to clean, it is dishwasher safe, and it comes with a little tool to make sure that there isn't any food that gets stuck in it.

My Favorite Kitchen Gadgets | Adjustable Slicer

Would you believe me if I told you that Paris and I found this during a live demonstration at a Walmart? We were so impressed by it that Paris bought one for me, herself, her mom and my sister in law. This slicer is perfect for casseroles and I even use it to make french fries! There are several different versions of it and I have linked some of them below so you can check out the options!
