Maskcara Beauty Eye Shadows & Powder Illuminators | How I Did This Look

For this look, I used Graceland all over my eyelids. I then used Photoshop on my brow bone and Starlet on the inner corner of my eyes. I then used Photoshop on my cheek bones.

Maskcara Beauty Eye Shadows & Powder Illuminators | Eye Shadows

The new Maskcara Beauty eye shadows were released on Black Friday. This has been in the works for the last few months and they have been gearing up for this by clearing out the old eye shadows so that there was room for the new ones. There are now 55 eye shadows that are available in the new formula, including all of the old colors.

The new formula is amazing. The powder is creamier and the colors are even more pigmented than before. Just as before, there are matte and shimmer shadows. In addition, there are also glitter shadows now, which I was so excited about. I ordered 4 colors (all of them are new colors) so I could try them out. I knew I needed at least two of the glitter shadows to play around with them for awhile.

The thing I love about the glitter eye shadows is that they are buildable. You can put a little glitter on so that it is more of an accent or you can cover your entire eyelid in solid glitter. I have been playing around with them and I have found some really fun ways to incorporate the glitter into your makeup routine. I ended up getting Graceland, Dollywood, Soul Mate and As You Wish.

I had never used a powder illuminator before. I honestly had never used an illuminator until after I started using Maskcara IIID Foundation. So I wasn't sure how I felt about the new powder illuminators but I knew I needed to try them out. They seem to be the same formula as the eye shadows because they are so incredibly creamy and pigmented.

I ended up getting PhotoShop and Starlet in the All Is Calm Bundle. There are 5 new powder illuminators but I wanted to start off with two just to see if I liked them. They are beautiful! I have actually been using both of these illuminators in my eye shadow routine when I use the glitter eye shadows.
