You may remember my post last year about My Favorite Hair Tools. One of those hair tools was a $20 round brush hair dryer that was probably the best $20 I ever spent. I found it at Lidl right after my hip surgery and it was perfect for drying my newly short hair. I have never been great at using both a round brush and a hair dryer so this was perfect. It had several attachments and I could use it for pretty much anything. But with most things that cost $20, it gave out after about a year. I had been seeing a lot of buzz about the new Revlon hair dryer that was pretty much the same thing but more expensive. Once my $20 hair dryer died, I decided to invest some more money and get the Revlon one to see what the hype was all about.

This thing is AMAZING! I have naturally frizzy, wavy hair. It usually takes a lot of effort to get my hair looking anywhere near it does with this hair dryer. I do use a regular hair dryer to dry my roots before I start using the Revlon hair dryer but that is mostly for convenience.

I can dry my hair in about 5 minutes and I love how it looks! There are three settings on this dryer: cool, low and hot. I have corse, thick hair so I almost always use the hot setting. I will switch to cool if I am doing the under side of my hair so I don't burn my neck or ears!

I also love how great my hair looks post dry shampoo and a little use of this hair dryer on days when I don't wash my hair. I feel like I get a lot more volume and my hair looks like I just dried it!
