My Go-To Gluten Free Snacks

Over the last 5 years, I have found there are some great gluten free snacks out there and there are some not so great gluten free snacks out there. I have been getting a lot of questions about what my preferences are since I posted this picture on Instagram. So here are some of my favorites and why:Glutino Pretzels: These are a HUGE favorite and a go to. One of the things I love about these pretzels is that they don't taste gluten free! For those of you with a recent diagnosis, you get what I'm talking about. Most gluten free foods have a weird after taste or texture that can be off putting. These pretzels do not fall in that category. My brothers, who are not gluten free, and like to make a big deal about how gross gluten free food is, LOVE these! I have to chase them away most of the time!My Go-To Gluten Free Snacks | Breezing Through Kind Granola Bars: I love these for a few reasons. 1) there are a bunch of available flavors. My favorites are Dark Chocolate Chunk and Peanut Butter & Dark Chocolate Chunk. 2) These aren't made with gluten free substitutes. KIND decided to make granola bars without wheat or gluten in them at all, so they are gluten free and taste great! The Husband is a big fan of these as well. I always keep them in the pantry and there is always at least one of them in my purse. My Go-To Gluten Free Snacks | Breezing ThroughTate's Bake Shop Chocolate Chip Cookies: These are a more recent find. When I say recent, I mean in the last 6-8 months. I ran across them at Wegman's and they were the only place that carried them for awhile. I have now been seeing these at Harris Teeter so I am pretty excited about that! I love that these cookies taste like they just came off a cookie sheet straight out of the oven. I know that everyone has their preferences, but these are my all time favorite gluten free cookies. My Go-To Gluten Free Snacks | Breezing ThroughFeel Good Foods Frozen Meals: So these have only been a go to for the last few months. I discovered Feel Good Foods Spring Rolls (again at Wegman's) and tried them. They were so good, I stocked up next time I was at the store. I have tried their post stickers as well as their dinner meals. I am not the biggest fan of their dinners. I think they do a great job with their wraps, potstickers and egg rolls. My Go-To Gluten Free Snacks | Breezing ThroughCap'n Crunch Peanut Butter Crunch: There are a bunch of gluten free cereals out there (Chex, Cheerios) and while these are not exactly certified gluten free, I like to have them in the pantry as an alternative. I have become an expert at reading labels. The label on this says they don't contain wheat at all and there is nothing about being produced about in a factory with wheat or other grains. My Go-To Gluten Free Snacks | Breezing Through Breezing Through Blog
