My Favorite Places to Buy Swim Suits | Finding Good Swim Suits

Finding a good swim suit can be tricky. Whether you are looking for a one piece or a two piece, you want to buy something that will at least make it through one summer, hopefully longer. I am personally of the opinion that if you can find a good swim suit and it costs a little extra, it is worth it if it is going to last.

I want to share with you three of my favorite places to buy swim suits so you can experience how amazing they are as well! They range in price so you can pick based on your budget and what you want to get for your money.

My Favorite Places to Buy Swim Suits | Albion Fit

Albion Fit is hands down my favorite place to get swim suits. It also happens to be the most expensive. But I can tell you, they are worth EVERY PENNY. I still have the very first swim suits I bought from them in 2014 (the same year they launched). For those of you that aren't counting, that is 5 YEARS AGO. Not only do I still have these swim suits, they are still in amazing shape. They have been to the beach, lakes, the Dead Sea, countless pools and more. I am wearing a small in all of their suits.

Since buying those original suits, I have bought 5 more and whenever I am contemplating buying a new suit, it is the first place I go. They are supportive, offer as much coverage as you want and are the highest quality you can imagine. Albion Fit has options for pretty much everyone. They are size inclusive, offer a wide range of cup sizes & even have long torso options. Most of their suits are even maternity friendly. While I mostly have their one pieces, they do have a lot of two piece options as well. I showed you the two I have above, which are sadly old styles that they don't carry anymore. But there are other similar styles to choose from!

While these swim suits are a bit more expenisve than the other ones I am going to be talking about, they are worth it. There are sales throughout the year, so I would strongly suggest signing up for their email list so you know when the next sale is. That is when I buy new suits from them!

My Favorite Places to Buy Swim Suits | J Crew

For less money, J Crew has some really good swim suits that hold up really well. I bought the blue one back in 2015 and while I don't wear it as much as the Albion Fit suits, I still have it and it is still in really good shape. In my book that says a lot! When I was getting the swim suits together for this post, I didn't actually think that this exact style of suit was offered by J Crew anymore because it is 4 years old. I was shocked to find that it is still available! To me, that means that it is a swim suit that has been 1) popular enough for them to keep bringing back 2) holding up well enough that people love it.

In general, I feel like J Crew's clothes run on the smaller side, for me anyway. Where I would usually be a medium in comperable brands, I am consitently a small at J Crew. The same goes for their swim suits. I was even able to wear this swim suit during the first few months of my pregnancy so it does have a little room in it. I have rouned up a bunch of other similar J Crew swim suits that I think would be be grea options as well, below.

My Favorite Places to Buy Swim Suits | Coral Reef Swim

Coral Reef Swim is a new brand that I discovered a few weeks ago. I love their styles and that they offer cute one pieces that also provide coverage. With a VERY active 2 year old that has no fear of the wate, I need something that is going to keep everything in place and I don't have to be pulling on all the time.

I would suggest going UP a size in these swim suits. I bought a small in all of my other swim suits and they all fit beautifully. The small here was a little tight, so I would need a medium instead. I can't attest to how well these suits hold up but I have heard really good things!
