My Favorite Amazon Purchases | Amazon Favorites

There are so many things on Amazon, it can sometimes be a little overwhelming. I shared what comes in my Amazon Subscribe & Save box a few weeks ago but today I wanted to share what my favorite Amazon purchases are that we use pretty much every day. These are things that I found through recommendations of other people, lots of review research or just old fashion testing them out. I am breaking them out into 3 sections so it easier to keep up!

I have also rounded them all up at the bottom of this post so you can shop them easily. Some of my favorite dresses from Amazon have been included there too!

My Favorite Amazon Purchases | Bathroom & Laundry

I use the L'Oreal Double Extend Beauty Tubes mascara and the Laneige lip sleeping mask every single day. The mascara is waterproof, doesn't flake and comes off in little tubes when you use really hot water. The lip mask keeps my lips moisturized even when nothing else does.

When we moved into the new apartment and we had a glass shower door, I knew that we needed a squeegee to help keep the door clean. This one from OXO has been perfect. I love the brand already so I knew that it was going to be the best option. It attaches to the shower door so I don't have to worry about where it lives or finding it.

Also during our last move, I realized that I wanted door organizers for all of the bathroom drawers. I had used some from the Container Store in the last apartment but honestly they never stayed together and they broke easily. When I found these I thought they would be a good fit. I was so right! There are so many ways to organize your drawers with these and they fit together very nicely. They also clean very well.

I am not sure what I did before I found the Downey Wrinkle Releaser. Well, I know what I did. I ironed. Which with a toddler is kind of sketchy. So when I found this stuff, I never when back to ironing. I think I have been using it for about a year and it has totally changed how I do laundry! All you do is spray the article of clothing that is wrinkled, pull on it until it looks just the way you want, and then you let it dry. So easy.

My Favorite Amazon Purchases | Kitchen & Family Room

First up in the kitchen are the child locks. I did a post last year about baby proofing and these were my favorite locks by far. So when we moved, I bought more and they are the only ones that we use. The best part is that Jackie will walk by and lock them if they are unlocked. I love that I don't have to have them locked all the time and that they are easy for an adult to undo. They are also the easiest to remove!

It seems like I upgraded a lot of things when we moved. I found these stove top covers and they have been so easy for cleaning. I just take them off the stove and wipe them off into the sink. So easy. I also found this OXO dish squeegee that has been a game changer. Forget a brush for the sink or every a sponge. This thing does all of the hard work, but without the bacteria. You can throw it in the dishwasher too!

You have seen the pillar in our family room that I turned into a command center/play area. The magnetic chalk board stick on sheets where probably the best idea I have ever had. They will come right off when we move and they are perfect for Jackie to play with and me to keep track of everything. I searched high and low for the perfect chalk markers to go with this area. I wanted something that I could eventually let Jackie use but wouldn't destroy our walls/furniture. After reading literally hundreds of reviews, I settled on these. They have actually lived up to the hype too! They have come off the walls and they are bright enough to see on the other side of the room.

My Favorite Amazon Purchases | Jackie

Before my hip surgery, Jackie slept in total silence. But noises started to bother her and I noticed she was waking up for pretty much anything. So we got this sound machine and we LOVE IT! So much so that we have two, one for our apartment and another for my parent's house.

I have talked about how Jackie started climbing out of her crib and how we didn't know what to do. I did some research and found this crib tent. It has really good reviews and we have been using it since January. It's amazing! I just zip Jackie inside of it when I put her in her bed and I don't have to worry about her climbing out. Since it ties to the outside of the crib AND goes underneath the mattress in the crib, she can't get it off by herself.

As Jackie's hair has gotten longer, I have had to figure out how to deal with it. Another blogger recommended this spray bottle because of the continuous spray. Who knew that having a continuous spray would help make doing toddler hair easier? This thing is seriously a game changer. I fill it with regular tap water and spray Jackie's hair when I am ready to put it in a pony tail. When it is time to take that pony tail out, I use this band cutter. Jackie is much more patient when I use this and it doesn't pull her hair!
