Maskcara Beauty Clutch Review | The Clutch

So the Maskcara Beauty Clutch is not a new product. It has been around for a few years, in this leather version. I held off on getting one because I didn't love the color and there were rumors that new colors were coming out. So I patiently waited. I also honestly didn't see a point in needing one since the compacts are already so easy to travel with and throw in your purse.

In the beginning of November, the Maskcara Artists got early access to the new clutches. They come in Dusty Lilac (the one I have), Antique Navy and Charcoal. I knew I needed to get one if only to review it for all of you! I was so excited when it came and I put my makeup in it! It hold 9 full size makeup tins, which is plenty for every day wear.

Like I said, I wasn't on board with the idea at first. Why would you need this? You can just throw your compact in your purse and put some brushes in a bag and be good. Nope. I was wrong! The clutch doubles as a wallet and you can also put your makeup brushes in it! Did I mention there is a removable chain that makes it a crossbody bag? You literally have your makeup everywhere you go with you and you don't need to worry about what is happening to your brushes or how you can going to touch up your lipstick.

The compact side of the clutch is zipped shut, so nothing is coming out. There is a built in mirror which allows you to do touch ups or your entire face literally anywhere. I know that the pictures in this post were done in my bathroom but I have used my clutch in the car and even when doing other blog shoots!

Maskcara Beauty Clutch Review | Should You Get One?

Like all good things, the clutch isn't cheap. Is it the perfect thing to put on your Christmas or birthday list? Yes. Do you NEED it? No. Will you love it once you have it? Yes.

I would say that if you are constantly doing your makeup on the go, you should add one of these beauties to your collection. If you travel a lot and need an easy way to transport your makeup, this this your best friend. If you ALWAYS do your makeup at your bathroom sink or your vanity, I would NOT suggest getting one of these though.
