FitBit review

Awhile ago I won the FitBit Aria scale from (find out where that came from!!!). I honestly had no Idea what to do with it other than use it as a regular scale. I really hadn't heard of FitBit before and the scale stayed in the box.A few months later, I won a FitBit Flex from The So Called HomeMaker on Instagram. Apparently I was destined to have a full on FitBit system! My mom had just bought herself a FitBit Flex so I was really excited to start using mine. I immediately jumped on EBay and bought about ten more arm band colors so I could match them to my outfits everyday.FitBit Review | Breezing ThroughFitBit FlexThe Flex tracks the steps you take, distance you go, active calories burned, active minutes, and sleep amount & patterns. You can also input daily exercise, water intake, calories eaten and follow a food plan. To track your sleep, you tap your Fles until you see two lights (they look like eyes, I'm not kidding), which will then fade away. Do the same thing when you wake up. Your Flex will then send the information to your phone app and online dashboard. I love tracking my sleep! It helps me see when I'm not getting enough sleep and I've discovered I usually do best when I sleep about 6 hours.FitBit Review | Breezing ThroughFitBit Review | Breezing ThroughFitBit Review | Breezing ThroughFitBit Review | Breezing ThroughFitBit Review | Breezing ThroughYou can set goals for the number of steps you take each day and your Flex will keep track of it for you. You can double tap your Flex at any point during the day and get an update on where you stand in relation to your daily goal. Once you reach your daily goal, the Flex will buzz a few times and light up, kind of like a little party! You can change what your goal is each day and you can have your goal be related to your water intake or the number of minutes you are active. I really like being able to see how many steps I get in each day, which helps me figure out how active I have been each day.FitBit Review | Breezing ThroughFitBit Review | Breezing ThroughThe Flex battery usually lasts up to 3 days. I try to charge it at night so I don't miss any data during the day.FitBit AriaI only started using the Aria scale recently. Now that I have started, I won't ever use another scale! It is connected to your FitBit account so your data is synced to your FitBit dashboard. It can recognize up to 8 users, which is a little creepy to be honest. But every time I get on it, it shows my initials and shows the husband's when he is on it. It will tell you your weight and percentage of body fat. The body fat percentage was all over the place the first few times I used the Aria but it has been fairly consistent the more I use it. I can even input data into my dashboard if I weigh myself on a different scale.Overall, I love both the Flex and the Aria! If you're looking into either one, I would definitely recommend getting it!Breezing Through
