8-10 ounces of hot water
2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 tablespoon Manuka Honey
1/2 tablespoon regular honey
Heat up the water in the microwave, I do 2.5 minutes. Remove the water from the microwave. Add 1/2 tablespoon regular honey and 1/2 table spoon Manuka honey. You can do just one tablespoon of Manuka honey but since it is so expensive, I cut it in half and add the 1/2 tablespoon of regular honey to make it last longer. Add 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. Sit together. Let cool and enjoy!

We have all heard about drinking apple cider vinegar every day. Most people that drink it, drink a straight shot of it. My body can't handle that. I have tried doing that before and my stomach was upset for the rest of the day. When I found this combination, I knew I could do this every day and still get all of the benefits.
I started drinking this combination right after my hip surgery in January. Everyone else was getting really sick and I did not want to get it. I was already on a lot of medications so I didn't want to add cold medicine on top of that. A friend swears by this combination so I gave it a try. I can actually get it down every day and not feel disgusting. I didn't end up getting sick and I haven't had a cold or gotten anything else really since I started drinking this. It helps with digestion, metabolism, and my skin has been looking really good! I would say it is definitely worth trying!
