A Very Kendra Scott Birthday

Last week I hosted an event at the Kendra Scott location at Reston Town Center to celebrate my birthday. Did you know that the month of your birthday, you get 50% off one item at Kendra Scott? And that is for ANY item in the store! I loved the spending time at the store and the girls that were working there that night were amazing!

I honestly had never spent a ton of time in a Kendra Scott store so this was a lot of fun for me. I tried the Color Bar out for the first time, and it's safe to say I am addicted. I had created custom jewelry on the Kendra Scott website, but it is just not the same now that I have done it in person. For those of you who aren't familiar with how the Color Bar works, you choose the item you want, the metal and then the stone. You can try out several different stones before you settle on the one you love. I ended up doing the Color Bar three times and loved it every time.

We took Jordan with us and she was so excited to be invited to the jewelry party. I let her borrow a Kendra Scott necklace and bracelet, which made her feel even more special. The ladies at the store loved her and let her try on tons of jewelry. She was in heaven. She also got to work on her photography skills. She was so cute about it too! All of the pictures of the jewelry above where taken by Jordan. She also took the group shots. I had to include the last two pictures of Jordan taking pictures because in the last picture, she is checking the camera to make sure the picture is good! I feel like for a 3 year old, she has a pretty good handle on photography. I may have found my new blog photographer!
