Where to Eat in Salt Lake City: The RedRock Brewing Company

During our time in Utah, we spent some time in Salt Lake City visiting my brother who is attending the University of Utah. We wanted to eat somewhere that wasn't a big chain restaurant because there are so many amazing places to eat in Utah. My brother suggested The RedRock Brewing Company. The wait was only about 15 minutes at 6 pm on a Monday. They had a lot of Gluten free options marked on their menu (always a plus in my book!). I ended up getting the Cobb Salad with chicken, it was delicious! The guys got a pepperoni pizza with extra veggies that they were not impressed with.My brother got the steak dip burger, which is his favorite there. Paris got the street tacos, which were the special for the day. I think those were the biggest hit of what everyone ordered!/p>
