Virginia: Morven Park

There is a beautiful, and massive, park that is hidden in the middle of Leesburg, Virginia. The Husband has been trying to get me to go with him for almost a year now and we finally had a day that we were both free to go! I am so glad that we did! This park truly is stunning and there is a lot to do. There are three large houses that have been turned into museums. There is a network of athletic fields. There is an equestrian center. There are hiking trails. There are also beautiful gardens. Since The Husband and I only had a few hours, we wandered around the gardens and on one of the hiking paths. We can't wait to go back and explore more!
