It has now been 6 months since I started using the Tres Leches System on my skin. There are a few days that I have missed because I was so tired I could only remove my makeup before falling into bed. But other than that, I have been really consistent with using these products. Honestly, this is the most consistent I have ever been when it comes to using skin care. I have used other skin care lines but never for a solid six months.

As I talked about in my 30 day update post, I was reluctant to start using these products. I had other skin care products I used and I liked. I have sensitive skin so I was worried about reacting to a new product. But I decided to give it 3o days and see how it went. After 30 days, I was hooked. My skin was softer, more evenly toned and I was noticing a reduction in reddness and some dark spots.

After six months, my skin is consistently smoother, much less red and more even in tone. I don't have the random and annoying bumps I used to have on my forehead. When I get a breakout, I can treat it with the Tres Leches products and it's usually gone within a few days. This last week, I started to get a really deep zit on the side of my nose. The kind that comes with montly hormones and makes your face hurt. I used the Tres Leches skin care line and that zit never even fully surfaced. It started on Saturday and it was 100% gone on Tuesday morning. I see that as a win!

I decided to take pictures throughout the process so I could see how the products impacted my skin and I could share the results with you. Sadly, I was only good at taking three sets of pictures. But I feel like that is still enough to show you my progress! The lighting is not thesame in any of these sets of pictures but again, I feel like you can see the change in my skin.

There is an obvious reduction of redness after the first set of pictures. My skin tone is much more even and it doesn't look like I have either been crying or I have a bad sunburn. After the 30 day mark, I was feeling much better about my skin in general but I felt like my nose was still a problem area. After 6 months, I still feel that way but I think the redness continues to decrease and I have seen a huge change in the pours on my nose. They have gotten much smaller and much less noticable in the last 6 months.

I used all three products once a day, at night after I had removed my makeup. This allowed for the products to work on my skin overnight without any other products on my face. Each container of product lasted almost 6 months. I know that some people look at the price tag of this skin care line and are a little hesitant. If you do the math, it comes out to about $1.28 a day on your skin for 6 months. That's way less then an energy drink or a cup of coffee every day.
