The Best Exercise Shoes for Travel

When I am traveling, I feel like I need to exercise. You can see my tips on the best ways to exercise when you travel in my previous post, How to Stay In Shape When You Travel. One good way is to walk. So I feel like I need a good pair of walking shoes that I can easily pack but will hold up against whatever I am doing. For a long time I would just pack a regular pair of walking shoes in my suitcase. They took up so much space and were too heavy! So last year, my mom and I went on a hunt. We finally found this pair of Clarks Arbor Jade Sneakers at DSW. And they are amazing.Clarks Arbor Jade Sneaker- Breezing ThroughThese shoes are the most light weight shoes I think I have ever worn. They are really flexible and the top is mesh so my feet can breathe. I have taken these shoes to some many different places at this point. They have been covered in sand, fresh water, salt water and a ton of dirt. On of the best things about them is that dirt and sand wipe right off. The soles and laces are as white as the day I bought them. I have also hand washed them in the sink and they dried really nicely. These shoes also pack really well. Since they are so light, they don't really add to the weight of my bag. They also squish and are flexible so I can get them into the tightest spaces of my suitcase. I highly recommend getting these or another light weight sneaker for travel.Oh and if you are not a DSW rewards member you should go sign up! It's free and simple. You get free shipping and free returns and you also get points towards gift certificates to buy more shoes. Great for any shoe lover! Here are some other light weight sneakers that would be good for travel.New Balance 661 Lightweight Sneaker- Breezing Through Nike Flex 2014 Run Lightweight Running Shoe- Breezing Through Reebok Skyscape Sneaker- Breezing Through Skechers Relaxed Fit Plus Breathe Easy Relaxation Sneaker- Breezing Through   Breezing Through Blog
