SHEIN Try On Haul: Wedding Edition
SHEIN Try On: Wedding Guest Edition | Try On
Paris and I ordered a bunch of stuff for my brother's wedding next month. We decided to order from SHEIN and do a try on for you! I have gathered all of the information for each item below along with what we thought of them. You can head over to my Instagram to watch the try on videos as well.
At first glance, this a really cute outfit. I sized up on the bodysuit because the reviews said it ran small. If it came in an XL, I would have exchanged the L for that because I really like it. Since it is so tight however, I will be returning it. As for the skirt, I really wanted to like it. I probably could have gone up to a medium size wise but that would not have changed all of the extra fabric on the skirt. There were extra pleats along the hips and in the back. The skirt is going back too.
Paris really liked this blouse, and I agree! It is double lined and fits really well. It is not see through even though it is a delicate white. It fits true to size. The pants were a little weird with the slits in the front. The didn't fit as well as we were hoping either. We sized up in these in order for them to fit. They will be going back.
Body Suit (M) // Skirt (S) // Blouse (S) // Pants (S)
The body suit fit really well but for me, I didn't like how low it went under the arms. If you don't have a problem with that, I would highly recommend it! It comes in a few other colors as well. I would size up from your usual size. The skirt was a hard pass. The pleating was off and it was very shiny. It wrinkles very easily which I am not a fan of. It will be going back.
The blouse is the same as the last picture. Paris was a huge fan and is happy to be keeping it. The pants are another story. The paper bag trend is not one either of us like on. While the pants where a size small, there was a lot of extra fabric and made Paris look wider than she is.

I loved this body suit. It has a turtleneck but shorter sleeves so it will be great for layering as the weather gets cooler. Sizing up again in this body suit was a good idea because the fit was perfect. The skirt is similar to the last one. The pleating was off and it was very shiny/prone to wrinkling. The sizing was perfect though!
Paris bought this blouse thinking it would go well with leggings. Even though we ordered the small, it was way too big. It would be better to size way down in this! The pants had a ruffle on the waist band that was not flattering and a seam down the front, which was also not flattering! We would suggest passing on both of these!

This was another body suit I loved! The fit was amazing, I went up a size, and I love the material. The color will be great for transitioning into fall. The skirt I really wanted to like. It is a very pretty dark navy with some glitter in the fabric. The pleating was even perfect! My one problem with it was that the liner was shorter than the skirt, making it look uneven. Sadly it will be going back.
The blouse and the pants were both a huge fail. I told Paris she looked like a pirate. The blouse was too big and the pants had way too much extra fabric!
Body Suit (M) // Skirt (S) // Blouse (S) // Pants (S)
These were our favorite outfits of the whole order. The body suit is the same as the last one but in white. I love the fit and the fabric. It is NOT see through, which is always a plus. The skirt is not pleated (shocker) and has a bow in the front. There are also two slits in the front of the skirt. Once I steam it, I think it will be just what I am looking for!
When Paris first put on this blouse, I told her she looked like a flying squirrel. But once she tucked it into the pants, it looked so much better! The pants also need a good steam but the laser cutting on the bottom is a beautiful touch to a well fitting pair of pants!
