North Carolina: Top Sail Island

Last week we were able to escape to the beach for a mini vacation. There was a lot of family stuff going on so this was much needed. We took my grandparents and my three young cousins. We stayed in a family friend's beach house right on the water on Top Sail Island, North Carolina.The house is brand new and beautiful! I love that the beach there was quiet and not crowded. It was like having our own private island for a few days. We would go out to the beach in the mornings, stay out for a few hours, then come in for the hottest part of the day. Then we would go back out in the evening. The girls loved the beach and we loved the house, it was the perfect little getaway.
