Jordan: Camels

Ever since I went to Egypt, I have sworn every which way that I would never get on a camel! The camels I encountered in Egypt were mean, smelled bad, spat and snapped. As usual, never say never. The first day of our conference, our partner hosted a dinner at the Movenpick. The dinner was amazing and there was a camel! Of course Emma was ecstatic. She got right on the camel and took a ride. I was perfectly content to stand on the ground and watch. Turns out, one of our partners had brought his wife and twin daughters to the dinner. Emma and I tried hard to get the girls to warm up to us. Nothing worked. This is, until we took the girls over to the camel! These darling girls convinced me to climb on the camel and go on not one but FOUR camel rides! The last of the four rides, I was holding onto both girls, which was terrifying! It was a lot of fun though!Jordan: Camels | Breezing Through Jordan: Camels | Breezing Through Jordan: Camels | Breezing Through Jordan: Camels | Breezing ThroughBreezing Through Blog
