So if you haven't heard by now, Julia from Gal Meets Glam has released her first dress collection. I have been following Julia for a little while now and I love her style. I was so excited when she announced that she was launching her own line of dresses. It was even more excited when I found out that she wasn't just launching a limited edition collection. Every month, she will be releasing new dresses, which means that her collection will continue to grow!
I had signed up for the newsletter so I had seen a preview of the collection the day before. So I knew which dresses I wanted. I knew I couldn't buy all the dresses I wanted and that more dresses where going to be released throughout the year so I had to limit myself. Also, while the price point is amazing for the quality of the dresses, I don't have the budget to buy all of the ones I wanted!
When the April collection launched, I was in the car on the way to the beach. Luckily, I selected a few that I knew I would love, just in case one or more of them were sold out. I decided on this Judith dress in pink. It is even more stunning in person. I love the cut of this dress and where everything hits. Julia has done an amazing job with all of the tiny details. For sizing reference I usually wear a 4/6 but I'm wearing an 8 in this dress. I would strongly suggest using your measurements (measure yourself if you don't know them off the top of your head, I know I don't!) to decide what size to get. I probably could have gone down to a size 6 in the waist but it wouldn't have fit across my chest.

You all know that I am all about finding modest but good looking clothes. I was thrilled when I saw that Julia included dresses that were a bit longer and had sleeves. This turned buying one of her dresses from something that I had been considering to something I knew I was going to do. Not only are there modest options in this collection, there are size options. Julia has included sizes 00-20 in her collection. She has tried to be as inclusive as possible and I love it! I love supporting bloggers who are inclusive in multiple ways and acknowledge that there are lots of styles and sizes out there.

Not only did Julia launch her collection on her own website, she also launched at Nordstrom. If you are looking to try on a dress before buying, a select number of Nordstrom stores have the dresses in store. If you don't mind, you can order them from the Nordstrom website.
There are some dresses that are exclusive to the Gal Meets Glam website, like the Judith dress, and there are some dresses that are exclusive to Nordstrom. So be sure to check both sites when you are shopping!
