Miami: The Miami Book Fair and the Readers' Favorite Awards

As I mentioned on Monday, the actual reason we went to Miami was because of my little brother. Sam was receiving a gold medal for the Readers' Favorite Award in Fantasy. The award ceremony coincided with the Miami Book Fair International. Three copies of Sam's book were in a booth at the book fair available for purchase. So we decided we needed to head down to the book fair to check it out and have Sam do some marketing. There were a ton of booths and the fair stretched out over several streets. There was even an area where you could buy some amazing food. We found the booth where Sam's book was being sold so we had to get a picture!

Later that night we went to the award's ceremony. This was such a great opportunity for Sam and I am so proud of him!
