I have had a Macbook Air 11" since 2010. It has been perfect for traveling and I used it as my main computer
every single day. I feel like for the amount of use it got, lasting 5 years was amazing for a laptop. When it finally started to die, in about November, I decided it was time to start looking for a replacement. I knew I wanted another Macbook but I wasn't sure which one. I did a lot of research and decided that I needed to go to the store to make a final decision. With some help from the guys at the Apple store, I decided on the Macbook 12". Now that I have had my new computer for a few months, I wanted to share my thoughts on how it compared to my previous one.

The Macbook 12" is actually smaller than the Macbook Air 11". Apple has created a thinner, smaller computer that does so much more. The keyboard is a new design that is lighter and easier to use. I have had a few opportunities to use Paris's Macbook Air and I can't believe the difference in the keyboard! One of the major differences between the two laptops is the ports on the sides. The Macbook Air has three ports on the right side-power, usb & headphone jack. On the left side there is another USB port and one more additional port.
