Kempinski Ishtar Hotel

We finally arrived at the Dead Sea! After a lot of research and some painful exchanges, we settled on staying at the Kempinski Ishtar Hotel. I have been to the Marriott, Movenpick & Kempinski hotels now. I have to say that the Kempinski is the best run and has the most beautiful property. When we checked into the hotel we were informed that we had been upgraded to the Ishtar Village. All five of our rooms were close together so we had a lot of fun! The rooms were incredible and we could walk right to the Dead Sea water from our balcony. When we first arrived, it was still the off season. Not all of the pools were open and there were very few people at the hotel. At the end of our time there, more people arrived and more pools and restaurants were open.I loved every minute of our stay at the Kempinski and I would highly recommend staying there if you are going to the Dead Sea!
