Jordan: Conference Prep

While we spend a lot of time prepping for events while still in the US, I always have to block out about three days before the event to make sure everything is going the way it is supposed to. This includes going to the venue, checking in with the hotels, working with vendors, etc. based on these pictures, I do this while talking with my hands-pretty much all of the time!
