Idaho: Freak Alley & Idaho State Capitol

We took a few hours one of the days we were in Boise to go downtown. The state capital was decorated for Christmas and was beautiful!There is a section of town called Freak Alley where artists are allowed to paint in the alleys. Apparently there used to be a big grafatti problem but the building owners banded together to allow the art to be painted on their buildings. This got rid of the grafatti problem and made this part of town a destination spot.
