Holiday Gift Guide for Baby | My Thoughts
As a new mom, I have come to the conclusion that babies have a lot of stuff. Just in general. So I tried to create a gift guide of items that I would want Jackie to receive this year. Some of these items she already has and she loves. Others are items that will either grow with a baby or will help with their development.
Holiday Gift Guide for Baby | My Picks
Skip Hop Explore and More Baby's View 3-Stage Activity Center
I love this activity center. Jackie recieved one from one of the baby showers and we use it on a regular basis! This is a great way for a baby to learn how to play with other toys while also learning to stand.
Jackie has one of these at my parent's house and it is a HUGE hit. The one she has includes a panel that can be inserted at the bottom so her feet don't hang out. We have caught her falling asleep in this thing a time or two...
Pottery Barn Gold Star Sherpa Baby Blanket
My brother and sister-in-law gave one of these to Jackie when she was born. It is her favorite blanket. They even had her name put on it. It would make a beautiful, thoughtful gift for any baby. It comes in 4 colors.
Another item that Jackie received from a baby shower. While it is not her bunny (that we have duplicates of) it is one of her favorite toys.
Infantino Grow-with-me Activity Gym and Ball Pit
Oh the ball pit! I found this on Amazon and it is probably one of my favorite purchases. I bought it for my parent's house and Jackie uses it every day. You can change the set up as your child gets older. You all know how much I love items you can use over and over again!
Fisher-Price Little People Sit with Me School Bus
We discovered Jackie's love for the Fisher-Price school bus when we were visiting The Husband's family in Idaho. Jackie wouldn't play with any other toy! As soon as my mom found out, she went and bought one to have at her house too. Jackie loves the noises it makes and is especially interested in how the wheels work. We might have a little engineer in the making.
Little Tikes Fold 'N Go 5-in-1 Trike
We don't have one of these but I have spent a lot of time researching them. As you know, I love the idea of buying something that will change to fit a growing child. I have also developed a love for all things package and storage friendly. This bike comes in light and dark blue and folds up really small. This is a great gift for the older baby in your life.
