Apps for event planners (or just busy people)

As an event planner, I am always on the move. While I am traveling, I need to be able to access my work notes, look for flights or sign a document to email back to someone. Sometimes I don't have access to my computer or I don't even have it with me. Today I am sharing with you a few of the apps that help me stay organized. What is great about these apps is that they can be used by anyone!Apps for event planners (or just busy people) | Breezing ThroughEvernote is one of my favorites. I have only recently jumped on the Evernote bandwagon but I really think this app is great for just about anything. Its a great place to keep notes, pictures, reminders and other things I need to access no matter where I am. I love how clean the design is and how easy it is to use. Evernote has also created (or teamed up) with a bunch of other apps that you can use to keep yourself even more organized. I honestly thought everyone knew about Dropbox and used it on a regular basis but I keep finding out that people I work with have never even heard of it. Dropbox is a great way to share files without having to have access to your personal computer. It's great when you need to send someone a file but it is too large for email. Or if you need to access a file later and don't want to save it to your computer! Price: FREE  Apps for event planners (or just busy people) | Breezing Through Kayak is one of the best travel apps out there. I really like how you can search for car, hotel, and hotel reservations all in one app. And when you have made your reservations, you can save them all in the app so you can access them in just one place. From my experience, Kayak is the best at finding the cheapest deals. Price: FREE  Apps for event planners (or just busy people) | Breezing Through Penultimate is one of those Evernote apps I was mentioning. This app is great because it eliminates the need for a pen and paper in a meeting. As long as you have a stilus, you can write your notes on your tablet and they save! You can then attach the notes to something else in your Evernote app and everything stays together! Price: FREE  Apps for event planners (or just busy people) | Breezing Through PDF forms is one of my newer apps. I got this app when it was free for the day on iTunes but I would have paid for it if I had known about it before, and I am not one who pays money for apps! This app is great for traveling. You can sign, update and take notes on PDF documents and then send them to someone else. This is great for when I don't have my computer with me and I need to get a contract signed and sent back to someone ASAP! Price: $8.99 Are there any apps that you use to stay organized when you are on the go? Breezing Through Blog
