Amelia Island: Pablo's Mexican Restaurant, Grill & Cantina

The last day of the conference was a half day, so we were on our own for lunch. We decided to go to Fernandina Beach to explore and find something to eat. I'll talk more about the town in tomorrow's post. We found this fun Mexican restaurant, Pablo's, and were able to park just outside (not an easy feet in this little town).I loved the decor of this place. All of the bright colors and beautiful paintings made the food a tiny bit tastier. The salsa was amazing, incredibly fresh but the chips were just ok. They seemed a bit overdone. Our drinks came the beautiful glasses, I was tempted to take one home, but I didn't! The menu had so many options (most of which were gluten free) I had trouble choosing.
