Why are men so hard to shop for? I know I'm not the only one that struggles to shop for the men in my life. I think it's because the ones in my family don't really ask for anything. But I did corner a few of them over the last couple of weeks to tell me what the best gifts they had ever been given were. And they delivered! From there, I was able to round up a bunch of other ideas for you so no matter who you are shopping for, you can check them off your list early! So let's get started with the 2019 Gift Guide for Men!
2019 Gift Guide for Men | Technology
This one seems to be a no brainer but I did want to get a little more creative with it, so bare with me! When asked, my uncle said that one of the best gifts he had been given was an iPad mini. He loved that thing. So I have rounded up a bunch of tablets for your to shop from, different brands and price ranges of course. Tablets are so much cheaper now than they used to be and there are lots of different brands that make them now, not just Apple.
One of The Husband's favorite gifts and something my brother is asking for this year is a Roku TV. If you aren't familiar a Roku TV, it is a tv (comes in lots of sizes) that has streaming services built it. There are also channels you can add to it for free along with some purchased ones. There are channels that you do have to have a cable sign in for but the major ones do not. And with Disney+ coming next week, you can do a subscription for Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN for just $13 a month! I'll talk about that more in the next section. If the person you are shopping for already has a TV, you can get them a Roku system. There are several options for this. There is a sensor that will plug into the TV or a USB key that will plug into the TV and a remote is included. These are a cheaper option than buying a new TV. 2019 Gift Guide for Men | Subscription Services
Subscription services make great gifts. The Husband's sister started gifting us Hulu a few years ago. Every year she asks what we want and every year we say the same thing, Hulu. You can do the same thing with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBO or any other streaming subscription service. For Father's Day this year we did Spotify Family for The Husband and it's been a hit. So find the right streaming service and you will be the best gifter of the year!
2019 Gift Guide for Men | Clothes
Clothes can be tricky but I have gifted a few of these in the past so I know they have been hits. The Husband finally broke down and let me get him some hats this year. He needed a few since he didn't have any other ones. So a good hat for the guy on your list would be a good idea. I did like a bunch of collegiate hats but there are also lots of NFL/NHL,NBA hats that you could get too.
I have gifted these UGG slippers several years in a row now and EVERYONE that gets them, loves them. They come in a bunch of colors, including leather. While they are a bit more expensive, they usually do go on sale at the end of November so I will be on the look out for that!
A nice robe is always a good idea. I am actually thinking about getting one of these for The Husband this year. He is impossible to shop for but has always said he would like a nice robe. I bought one for myself from UGG right before my hip surgery and I loved it, still do. So I am currently eyeing this one.

2019 Gift Guide for Men | Accessories
Let's talk about accessories. There are lots of accessory options but I have narrowed it down to a few things that would make easy and nice gifts. Many of these were recommended by family members or were gifts I gave that were well received.
When it comes to watches, I have to defer to The Husband. He is a watch connoisseur. According to him, unless you are buying a watch from a company that exclusively makes watches, the watch is really a Fossil watch with a different brand name on it. So don't waste your money on a Hugo Boss, Michael Kors, Armani, etc. just buy a Fossil watch! They are very good watches and there are lots of timeless styles. My brother was gifted a Fossil watch by his wife and it is one of his favorite gifts. If they have a smartwatch, you could get them a watch band.
Another great gift idea is a nice leather wallet. I have gifted one to The Husband years ago and he uses it every day. My dad was gifted one more than 20 years ago and he still uses his every day. There are lots of different brands of wallets out there so make sure you read reviews and you find one that will last a long time.
The Husband got a wireless charger from his work a few months ago and loved it so much, he bought a second one to keep at home. There are some really nice wireless chargers out there that can also double as a trinket tray. I have linked a few of them below.
Who doesn't need sunglasses? The Husband had been wearing a $7 pair from Walmart for more than 10 years so I bought him a nice pair of Aviators a few years ago and he loves them.

2019 Gift Guide for Men | Tools
Raise your hand if you have a tool lover in your life. The problem is, they usually have lots of tools so buying them any more can be tricky. That's where the tools I found come in. I tried really hard to find unique tools that most people wouldn't have but would actually use if you gifted it to them. I really like this one because it is so different from any other tool I have ever seen. I also really like some of the tool kit sets that I have linked below because they are really unique!

2019 Gift Guide for Men | Other Ideas
Alright, here are a few more ideas for gifting to the men in your life, they just didn't fit into any of the categories I had in the rest of the post.
Away luggage would make an amazing gift. They are a bit more expensive so you will need to decide if that is in your budget, or you can go in on the gift with several people if that works better. I would love it if someone gifted me one of these!
A chess set or a backgammon set would also make a great gift. There are some less expensive ones on Amazon but there are lots that you can get for more if you have a larger budget as well.
