2019 Gift Guide for Coworkers & Bosses | Shopping for Coworkers & Bosses
This gift guide for coworkers & bosses was requested via Instagram. I wanted to create gift guides that would be useful for you all during the holidays and I feel like this is a tough group to shop for. You have a balance to maintain when shopping for coworkers and bosses. If you are shopping for them, you want to keep the price point under $40 (in my opinion) and you want to buy something that can't be construed to be inappropriate in any way. You want to avoid lotions, body care products, clothes, and other items like that. So when I was looking for items for this gift guide, I stuck with office supplies, travel products and drink accessories. Hopefully this helps you find the right gift for your coworkers & bosses! You can see my other gift guides here.
2019 Gift Guide for Coworkers & Bosses | Drink Accessories
Most people drink something during the work day whether it's coffee, tea, energy drink, etc. So buying a drink accessory for a coworker or boss would be an easy and appropriate gift. There have been several laws passed and policies put into place which has most restaurants & cafes using paper straws. While these can be cute, they tend to be pretty useless if you are using them for more than a few minutes. Which is why silicone and collapsible stainless steel straws would make a great gift this year. There are lots of options in varying price points, so it should be easy to find something that will work.
Another option would be a reusable cup. I came across this Sojo cup earlier this year and I think its not only cute but incredibly functional. It's perfect for traveling or just keeping at your desk in the office. So this would be a great gift to give someone at work. It also comes in a lot of colors and two sizes so you can match personalities to their favorite color.
Another good option would be a tea infuser, if they are a tea drinker. There are lots of really cute/fun tea infusers that will brighten up someone's desk, that are also inexpensive. An addition to a tea infuser, you could add a their favorite tea to the gift to make it more personalized. You can get a pack of tea from Amazon which you could break up and use in multiple gifts.
Another option would be a nice mug or a warming device for a mug. These are both fairly inexpensive and if you get the right mug, would be a great gift. I like the desktop warming device as a gift because it's unique and isn't just another mug.

2019 Gift Guide for Coworkers & Bosses | Phone Accessories
Everyone uses their phone and in a corporate setting, need certain accessories to keep their phone going throughout the day. So an inexpensive phone accessory would be a good idea. A backup battery is something everyone needs and since they are so popular now, they aren't very expensive anymore. I have linked a few below that all have good reviews on Amazon.
Another option would be a charging station for their devices. It's something they could use on their desk and keep everything organized. There are several options that include spots for iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches and Airpods. Most come in several colors so you can get something that the receiver will like.
The Husband has a wireless charging pad on his desk at work that he loves. He told me that people at work ask him about it all of them time. This would make a great coworker or boss gift as well. It is benign and inexpensive.

2019 Gift Guide for Coworkers & Bosses | Travel Accessories
If you work at a company where people travel a lot, travel accessories would make great gifts. There are so many different kinds of travel accessories out there but I have rounded up one that have good reviews and are under $40 for you to shop from.
Most airlines are implementing entertainment on personal devices. So you need a way to prop up your tablet to watch tv shows and movies on. I recently found this drink and device holder that will help with that. I love that it has a drink holder on it since the entire point is to keep your tray table up. I liked this so much that I ended up buying them for The Husband and I for Christmas.
Another good option would be a travel wallet/passport holder. Most people that travel a lot need to stay organized in order to keep up with everything. A good travel wallet that keeps boarding passes, passports, wallet contents and even a slot for a phone would be a great gift! I also like this seat back organizer to use while on the plane.

2019 Gift Guide for Coworkers & Bosses | Desk Accessories
The last group of gifts I would suggest for coworkers & bosses would be desktop accessories. I know some of the items I have listed above would fall into this category but there are other items that I still wanted to cover.
A small plant, fake or real, would be a nice gift for someone who is in their office a lot. These brighten up a desk and tend to brighten people's day. I would suggest deciding if the person you are gifting to can keep a plant alive. This may also depend on your relationship with the person.
A fun option would be a letter board. These are fun for people to add quotes and phrases to and are inexpensive. I would suggest gifting this to someone who has an office, not just a desk. People with an office would have more space to hang or place this kind of gift.
