I had read about the Royal Lazienki Park before we left for Warsaw and I knew we needed to spend a little bit of time there. We waited until our last day in Warsaw and got a cab from our hotel to the park. We wandered around the park for about an hour looking for somewhere to eat, but most places were just ice cream or the one restaurant that served high end food (I'm honestly not a big snail eater). So we kept walking. We did find some beautiful parts of the park and I wish we had spent more time there. There are two castles on the property. One is the Palace on the Island, which is beautiful but doesn't have food anywhere near by. The second, is high on a hill overlooking the rest of the park. There are several cafes inside this castle, which is where we ended end up eating.

When we are back in Poland next year, I'm planing on spending an entire day on this park, I feel like I missed a lot!
