Keeping A Travel Journal

Tomorrow I am headed to Florida for a conference and then I am meeting the husband in Idaho to visit his family! Follow along on Instagram to stay up to date on what is happening! I love keeping a travel journal. I think it is a great way to remember all of your trips and you can be really creative with it. I like to save ticket stubs, maps and pretty much anything I can get my hands on when I am traveling to put into my travel journal. I will keep them in a folder or a small pocket while I am traveling. I usually don’t put anything into my journal until after I get home so I don’t have to carry my journal around with me. Keeping A Travel Journal-Breezing Through Have you heard of K&Company SMASH books? Well they are amazing. I started using them earlier this year when I stumbled on one of their books at HomeGoods. I love that you can buy so many different kinds of SMASH books to fit your style. You can also find so many different things to use to decorate/customize your book.Keeping A Travel Journal-Breezing Through

Every book comes with a pen/glue stick. It slides right into the pen holder on the side of the book so you won’t lose it.Keeping A Travel Journal-Breezing Through

There are so many different options when it comes to a SMASH book. Here are some I like:

I love the Smash books. I created a travel journal/ scrapbook from my road trip I took last summer with my dad. It makes it nice to go back through and remember the weather conditions (our tent was flooded in approx. 5 minutes). Plus they are a great legacy to pass on to your kids later one.

Love Smash books. I wish I traveled more to actually keep a travel journal.

Paulina, I put stuff in my travel journal that isn’t necessarily travel. I just added a few things from my cousins wedding!
