Prepping for Next Year with Plan-It Planet | The New Year
Some of you may have seen my Instagram posts from 2 weeks ago. I found out right before Thanksgiving that I will be having surgery to correct my hip dysplasia in January. I will immobile for a few weeks then on crutches for 10 weeks, then one crutch for 2 weeks and then a cane. I am told that I will be walking normally 6-12 months post-op and everything will be 100% back to normal at 18 months. I am going to need a lot of help taking care of Jackie and just doing normal every day things. The doctor says I won’t be able to hold Jackie while I am sitting or laying down for 2-3 weeks and then it will be 2-3 months before I can hold her while I am standing. I have decided that Jackie and I will just learn how to walk at the same time. It is all very overwhelming and I feel like January is coming at me at lightening speed.
I have a lot going on between work, Maskcara, this blog and every day life activities. I usually stay organized by using my planner and color coding everything. But things are about to get crazy with my surgery. That also means that I need to get my butt in gear and get organized of the new year, like now. That is where Plan-It Planet came in.
Prepping for Next Year with Plan-It Planet | Staying Organized
I decided to use the Mini Kits from Plan-It Planet to get myself organized. I love the different kinds of stickers that are available to use. There are so many different ways to use them, I can’t wait to get another week set up! I also loved the sidetrack bars. They are awesome for keeping track of my blog posts!
How are you getting yourself organized for the new year?
