If you haven’t read my initial post about Maskcara IIID Foundation, you can read it here.
For those of you who don’t feel like reading that, I will do a brief recap. I have been following Cara’s beauty blog for a few years now but was introduced to her line of makeup by a friend. I put off buying any of it, thinking it wouldn’t work with my dry & oily skin. I finally caved earlier this year when Cara released the newest version of her foundation. Getting to the point, I fell in love!
Maskcara IIID Foundation is incredible! Cara makes makeup easy, and even shows you how to HAC, which I never thought I could ever do! Now I do it every day. You can pick a highlighter, contour color, blush & illuminatorsand put them all in a compact. This compact is perfect for travel and I don’t have to worry about putting my foundation into a travel approved container. Cara also released some makeup brushes this year. I have already bought two of them, and they are the only brushes I use.
Cara has been releasing some new shades of highlighter. Around the same time I ran out of my Linen Highlighter, it was sold out. So I waited patiently (I had to break down and buy a different brand of foundation) until Linen was restocked. One day, Maskcara posted on their Instagram that they were releasing White Peach, which would work great for anyone that usually used Linen. I decided to give it a try. IT IS THE BEST! It is perfect for my skin town and I love the texture, which is different from the texture of the other highlighters. Sadly it is now sold out and they will not be restocking it. Cara did say on their Instagram that they will be releasing a highlighter that is somewhere between Linen & White Peach.
Whether I am using Linen or White Peach, Maskcara IID Foundation is the best makeup to cover the dark circles under my eyes. I am one of the lucky blessed with permanent dark circles under my eyes that are worse on days that I am sick or tired, YAY! I know that when I put on my Maskcara foundation, it will stay there and I won’t loo like I have a black eye all day!
