Finding The Perfect Bag for a Conference

If you read my posts from last week: Event Set Up, Working the Event & Post Event Thoughts– you will have noticed I wore the same bag every day. We got these bags for the girls on my team so that all of the attendees could identify us as event organizers from a distance. This bag was also for us to put stuff in to keep our hands a bit more free. If you notice in the pictures though, my hands were never free! We decided on the Coach Mini Willis in bright coral because it was bright and fun. (You can’t find this bag at Coach anymore but you can find it on eBay in other colors!)

The one thing I did not like about this bag was how small it was. I use an iPad for registration and to make sure I was updated on everything and it would have been nice to have a bag that my iPad fit in. I needed more space without putting my iPad in my bag so I need a lot of room!

I am looking for a new bag for my team for our event in February. I have been looking at kate spade new york bags. I really love these two, the colors are great!

I know that my iPad would fit in this bag (I have tried it) so I think it would be a great fit! There are a few others I am looking at too. I want something that is well made, bright and I can use after the event is over. Here are the others I am looking at:

I am obsessed with bags! I like the structure of the red (second from left) but I love how soft and supple the blue one to the right of it looks. I’ve been a fan of Moop bags (made locally in Pittsburgh) for a while now. They’re more utilitarian but so sturdy and versatile!

Kate Spade’s cross body bag is perfect what you are looking for! Plus can always find a color of it on sale.
