This is a basic recipe that is something we eat at least once a month. It is easy and fast to make, and is gluten free!
Marinate the pork loin in the al pastor marinade for at least 6 hours, I did it overnight.
Grill the pork until cooked through. I use our George Foreman Grill, which we cook pretty much everything on.
Cut the pork loin into thin strips, thin enough to put in the corn tortillas.
Put the meat in the corn tortillas and add what you want!
