While I was in Boston I stayed at the Boston Marriott Cambridge Hotel. I wanted to stay somewhere close to where the training was being held and would also be comfortable. Luckily the Marriott was less than a mile from where the training was so I walked both mornings (even though it was FREEZING!).
This Marriott is located in a very convenient location if you are doing anything at MIT or in Cambridge. There are also bus and subway stops just outside of the lobby. I was on an executive floor so I had access to the lounge. I was disappointed that the 2 story lounge with the amazing view that was on my floor was closed. The new lounge on the second floor was nice and had lots of great options but seems a bit smaller than the old one. One thing that the hotel was doing was offering an additional 500 points if you didn’t have maid service during your stay. Since I was only there for 2 nights, I decided I would try it. Of course it wasn’t a problem at all and I got a reward!
Overall, not a bad hotel and definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a place to stay in Boston. One of the best things was the view!
