It’s summer so I of course spent every spare moment on the beach. Even if Paris was swimming in the pool, I was out on the beach soaking up the air, the water and picking up any seashells I could get my hands on.
On one of the days we were there, there was a massive storm. That brought in a lot of seashells so it made for some awesome hunting.
On our last morning at Amelia Island, I was wandering around like I do and I came across this beautiful conch shell sitting in the surf. Normally these shells have their original occupants still in them. This one however was empty! I was so excited! I put it in my bag of shells and called it a day.
I loved this beach. The water was beautiful and when the tide went out, the beach was really deep.
